Well Hello There!

Andrea Firmani is Vancouver's Mama in the City

Hello! I'm Andrea and I live in beautiful Vancouver city along the seawall. I've been blogging about living the family life in the city since 2009.

I use this space to write about family life and how we chose to thrive and grow with downtown Vancouver as our backyard. I raised three kids from babyhood to now in a two bedroom apartment with zero regrets.

I work as a labor and delivery nurse and love the work that I do. I enjoying writing about breastfeeding, birth and parenting. Interesting fact, I've met some of my blog readers in the delivery room!
